Merinova participates in the establishment and development of physical working environments through the partnership with Oy Vaasa Parks Ab.

Oy Vaasa Parks Ab provides and constructs new offices in the three business parks of Vaasa - Vaasa Science Park, Strömberg Park and Vaasa Airport Park. The activities of the company are based on cooperation with various property owners.

The construction of Futura I, the first Technology House of Oy Vaasa Parks Ab that also features service facilities, was completed in October 2002 at the Vaasa Airport Park. The services of Futura I include entrance and reception services, negotiation facilities for hire, restaurant and catering services as well as photocopying and postal services. The building houses almost 30 companies consisting of high technology companies and service providers. Futura I also houses the offices of Technology Centre Oy Merinova Ab.
