The research results will offer the wind power industry and the authorities more detailed information about wind power acoustics and its impact on the environment and people. The research results can also be used as a basis for business decisions.
WindSoMe – Wind Turbine Sound Modelling
Wind Turbine Sound Modelling and Measurement (03.2015 – 2017) is a project that develops a special database to analyse the relationship between the wind acoustics and humans’ experience of sound. Other special sounds such as amplitude modulation will also be studied.
