OIT-OpenInnoTrain Vaasa Workshop September 5.-6.2019

Workshop: Open Innovation for Digitalization: Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, CleanTech and Energy Systems

After the OpenInnoTrain workshop in Siena during June 2019, another workshop will take place to enable OpenInnoTrain partners, companies and researchers to meet and discuss Open Innovation, Research Translation and University-Industry Cooperation.

This time the workshop will take place in Vaasa, where the largest energy technology cluster of the Nordic Countries is concentrated in with the focus on the solutions for global energy challenges. OpenInnoTrain partners Merinova, University of Vaasa and RIG are located.

The focus of this workshop will be on Open Innovation for Digitalization: Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, CleanTech and Energy Systems.

The workshop will include presentations from industry and research, panel discussions and industry visits to OIT partners and local companies in IoT and energy systems.

Furthermore, participants are invited to attend Merinova’s 30 years anniversary gala event in the evening of Friday 06, where exhibition and showcases will be also available (dress code: gala). We suggest that you book your flights arriving on September 4 and departing on September 7 to/from Helsinki and/or Stockholm.
