At the site, a shopping centre, music and events centre, hotel-restaurant, a sports hall, offices and homes are to be built. The project was funded by TEKES and finished in April 2016, which resulted in innovative energy solutions for the block, as well as a showroom that will show the energy clusters companies, education and region’s tourism. The project is expecting to be supported as a lead project in energy in January 2017. A continuation of the project has also been planned, which will include innovative learning spaces.
